Priorities

The Priorities page shows your assignments ranked by grade impact, so you always know what matters most.

How It Works#

The Priorities page automatically analyzes all your assignments and ranks them by how much they affect your grades. The highest-impact items appear at the top.

What You'll See#

Summary Stats#

At the top, quick badges show:

  • Critical count - Assignments that urgently need attention
  • High priority count - Important items to address soon
  • Tests/Quizzes - Upcoming exams this week
  • Recoverable - Missing work you can still get credit for
  • Points at risk - Total points you could lose

Priority Cards#

Each assignment card shows:

  • Rank - Its position in the priority list
  • Urgency level - Critical, High, Medium, or Low
  • Assignment type - Test, Quiz, Project, etc.
  • Points and grade impact - How much this assignment affects your course grade
  • Due date - Color-coded by urgency
  • Estimated time - How long it should take
  • Grade projections - Your grade if you miss it vs. complete it
  • AI reasoning - Why this assignment is ranked where it is

Priority Levels#

LevelMeaning
CriticalMajor grade impact, do this first
HighImportant, should address soon
MediumModerate impact
LowLess urgent

Smart Recovery#

If your teacher has a late work policy (uploaded via syllabus):

  • Green banner - Full credit still available
  • Amber banner - Partial credit available
  • Red banner - No credit available

If no syllabus policy is uploaded, assignments default to 100% recovery available.

Tip: Focus on Critical and High priority items first for maximum grade impact.

Grade Projections#

Each card shows three grades:

  • Current - Your grade right now
  • If Missed - What happens if you don't complete this assignment
  • If Completed - Your projected grade if you earn full credit

This helps you make smart decisions about where to spend your time.

Dashboard Summary#

Your Dashboard also shows a compact view of your top 3 priorities with urgency, title, course, due date, and grade impact. Click "View All" to see the full list.
